Albero: Tempranilo Barrica

For the following meal, I'm recommending a Spanish red wine, not expensive, 5.49 at Trader Joes, and it's organic.  Red to go with beef, and the taste, fruity, a little tart, and perhaps chocolatey in its aftertaste.  But what do I know about wine?  Well, I know I like oaky wines, which this one is not.  And it's getting smoother as it breaths.
